'Live Well' Information Sessions
The Asthma Foundation of SA holds small informal group information sessions. The sessions vary in length and provide a wide variety of information and skills to support people living with asthma, allergy, anaphylaxis, eczema or chronic lung conditions.
The ‘Live Well’ series provide the latest information on managing a condition. Up to date information leaflets and time for questions are also built into the sessions. There is sure to be a course that suits you, or you are welcome to participate in more than one!
