Take a Breather - Asthma Rogaining Charity Challenge

Thank you to all our Take a Breather Teams who participated on Saturday 10th October 2009.

The event was a great success with over 180 enjoying the spectacular scenery and perfect weather at the Port Germein Gorge

What is Rogaining?
Rogaining is an outdoor team sport that will have you enjoying the beautiful countryside as you navigate your way using a map and compass, and collecting points from various locations along the way. No matter how old or fit you are, you can get something out of this while at the same time raising funds to support people with asthma and respiratory conditions. Rogainers use good planning and teamwork to run or walk in groups of 2 to 5 over open terrain, farmland and hilly forests.
