AFSA Membership Registration
The Asthma Foundation of SA is a not-for-profit organisation providing services to people with asthma, allergies and other respiratory diseases. The Foundation has education programs that aim to assist people to breathe better.
The Foundation does not receive any state government funding, and relies on the generosity of members, donors and fundraising to continue its work in the community. By joining as a member, you are supporting an organisation that strives to provide support to every South Australian who struggles for breath.
Membership to the Asthma Foundation of SA will entitle you to benefits, including discounts on products and access to new information.
Price:$35 per year ($20 concession) (Please provide evidence of Health Care or Pension Card) All prices include GST.
